ecko360 has made it possible for real estate agents and homeowners to show off properties to potential buyers from the comfort of their own homes or offices.

With high definition imagery and stunning video, ecko360 truly provides a virtual open house. Potential buyers may explore every detail of the property, almost eliminating the need for time- consuming and repetitive visits and events.

Clients have the opportunity to explore the details of the property before making an in-person visit, and they can see impressive amenities that will attract them to the home or office space. This cuts down on travel costs and inconveniences for both the buyer and seller.

Seeing the indoor pool sparkling in overhead video, moving through the massive walk-in closets and examining the high definition images of fixtures will wow potential buyers. Video tours will take clients room-by-room, indoors and outside, to offer a unique view of the property. ecko360 works to ensure the video is the strongest marketing product for the real estate agent to close the sale.

Wide angles will show depth of the property, revealing its scope, the landscaping and the surrounding neighborhood. The detailed imagery, however, is where the magic happens. Clients can zoom in and out to understand their investment and how it will serve their family or business. The small details are what truly make properties special, and ecko360 has the experience to accentuate each unique element of design and architecture.

ecko360’s products include MLS friendly aerial and still photography, virtual reality tours and high definition video that real estate clients can also share and revisit. ecko360 also offers 3D Mapping and 3D Real Estate Tours. For more information, visit ecko360.com.

I think you are bound to see more and more of this technology used in real estate. It would be really beneficial to get an idea of the property via video before actually visiting in person. It would give you a good idea of whether you want to spend your time personally visiting.

Kenneth, it decreases traffic to the property but statistics show a person who first views a 3D tour and then schedules a live tour with an agent is 80% more likely to purchase the property. It’s an efficiency tool. It allows agents to spend their time more effectively. Further is the up an coming millennial home buyers who are not going to ride in a car for 4 hours looking at houses.
